General tutored tastings and workshops bookings, cancellations and refunds

 

To attend any tutored tasting or workshop, you must be over 20 years old, the legal minimum age for consumption of alcoholic beverage in Thailand.

Your booking is not secured until payment is received. All events must be paid for in advance. 

​

All courses and examinations are subject to minimum numbers of 10 fully paid candidates. If, on reaching the booking deadline, there is an insufficient number of candidates to run a course or program, the course or program will be cancelled and full refund will be arranged for candidates who have already paid. Candidates should be aware that refunds may take six to eight weeks to process.

Wine & Spirit IQ cancellations:

In the rare case of sickness or unavoidable reason a host-educator is unable to teach a lesson, and a replacement cannot be made, a session may be cancelled and rescheduled to a date and time at the discretion of Wine and Spirit IQ. Wine and Spirit IQ will make every effort to reschedule the session to a date that is most suitable for the majority of candidates. No refund, however will be made to any student who is unable to attend the rescheduled session for whatever reason.

Wine & Spirit reserve the right to change the venue of any course or event to one of equal or superior quality and within the same vicinity.

Candidate cancellations received more than 20 working days prior to the event date:

• You can choose to receive a full refund, send a substitute, transfer to another event or receive a credit against any of our future event

​

Candidate cancellations received between 20 working days and 10 working days prior to the event date:

• You can choose to send a substitute, transfer to another event, or receive credit against any of our future events. No refunds will be provided.

​

Candidate cancellations received between 10 working days prior to and the day of the event date:

• You can choose to send a substitute.  No refund, transfer or credit will be provided.

​

Candidate “no show”:

• No Refund, transfer, credit will be provided.
