This 90-minute Online Rum Appreciation Clinic is designed to explore the world of Rums through a tasting of 6 samples from Thailand, Brazil, Cuba, Jamaica, Guatemala and Bermuda.

By the end of this clinic, you will be able to:

grasp a full understanding of the key steps in Rum production
recognize the factors affecting style and quality
sharpen your senses of sight/ smell/taste and enrich your descriptive vocabulary
differentiate between key Rum categories: Agricole vs Industrial, White vs Gold or Dark vs Aged.
recognize English, French and Spanish influences
get inspired for cocktail applications and food/ cigar pairings
